What is the Glow & Co. experience?
Glow & Co. is a Toronto-based kids and tweens spa + social space designed to celebrate self-care, confidence, and fun!
We offer spa-inspired party packages, DIY activities, and themed workshops in a fun, colourful space perfect for birthdays and special occasions.
What Ages Are Glow & Co. Experiences Designed For?
Our parties and workshops are designed for kids and tweens - though we’re always happy to tailor experiences for slightly younger or older guests.
Where is Glow & Co. located?
Glow & Co. is located at 1377 Dufferin Street, Toronto inside a colourful, fun, family-friendly studio space.
What’s included in a Glow & Co. party?
Packages vary depending on which option you choose but all include a welcome drink, mini cupcakes, a choice of three candies from the candy bar, custom party playlist, and a selfie wall photo op with a digital group photo. Guests will also enjoy the use of spa robes and slippers during spa services.
How many guests can attend a party?
Our party packages are designed for up to 10 guests. To ensure everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the experience, one adult is welcome to stay for the duration of the party.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. However, you are more than welcome to bring a cake to celebrate during the party.
Do parents stay during the party?
Due to limited space, Glow & Co. is a is a drop-off experience however one adult is welcome to stay for the duration. Parents are welcome to enjoy the “Sip & Stay” package - have a glass of wine and small bites next door at Macedo Winery while the kids celebrate.
What products do you use?
We use clean, high-quality spa products that are safe for use by kids. Whenever possible, we choose products that are sourced locally and made with gentle ingredients suitable for young, sensitive skin. Our goal is to create a fun spa experience that parents can feel comfortable about and kids can enjoy safely.
Do you accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
Absolutely! We take care to use gentle, kid-safe products and can adjust services for sensitivities or allergies - just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
How do I book a Glow & Co. party?
Booking is easy! Fill out our Contact Form, and our team will get in touch to confirm details, date, and package selection. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
What is the booking and cancellation policy?
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, plus HST (13%), is due no later than seven (7) days before your event date.
If you cancel less than seven (7) days before the event, all payments made are non-refundable. At the discretion of Glow & Co., a credit toward a future date may be offered, subject to availability (availability is not guaranteed).
If the event is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or in the case of a no-show, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credit will be issued.
When do I need to confirm my final guest count?
We ask that you please provide your final guest count at least 7 days before your event, so we can prepare your setup and ensure every guest gets the full Glow & Co. experience.
